Wai Lao is a Chinese street gang with affiliations tied to Tiny Raskals and Wah Ching, two of the most notorious Californian Chinese criminal groups.
They operate through gambling rings, gun trading and other violent crimes.
The main members are told to have tattoos related to murders, addictions and thievery. They would be symbolized through other icons.
